Congratulations to the owner of Somerset wedding venue Orchardleigh

Huge congratulations to the proud owner of Orchardleigh Estate, Chris Vincent, for tying the knot with his beautiful new wife, Heather White.

After spending two decades lovingly restoring the Somerset wedding venue to its former glory, the brick dust settled and Chris finally laid eyes on Heather – the girl next door – who owns the farm that used to be part of the Orchardleigh Estate and is now a successful equestrian centre.

"On paper, there's certainly a fairytale ring to it: me owning the estate that Heather was born on" Chris says. "Really it's more of a modern story. Heather had a career in banking before embarking on equestrian endeavours. It appears we were both too busy to spot what was under our noses!"

The couple hosted a glamorous affair with 150 friends and family at Somerset wedding venue Orchardleigh House.
