Bristol's Pieminister has introduced a plant-based wedding menu for pie-loving vegans everywhere. It all started with Kevin, the company's first vegan pie, which was so popular that Pieminister ended up creating an entire plant-based menu across its UK restaurants. The next step was to introduce a carefully curated menu for wedding couples.
Head of events Katie Packham explains, "Since we started 15 years ago we've gained a reputation for being sustainable wedding caterers. This is because of our ethical ingredient sourcing and careful consideration for the environment in terms of planning and production. We've seen a huge increase in couples choosing our vegan pies for their special day, so to be able to respond to this demand with everything from plant-based canapés and sharing platters through to desserts and cakes, is so exciting."
Pieminister was born at Glastonbury, so it's ideal for festival-themed nuptials. It can even provide a vegan bar!
