Enjoy a symphony of flavours as The Pump Room introduces an exclusive Champagne and Music Dinner on Thursday 17th August with an array of food, drinks and music fit for royalty.

Taking place in the Georgian social heart of Bath, which boasts amongst its previous patrons the likes of Jane Austen and Charles Dickens, expect a delightful selection of canapés and a three-course menu to complement each cuvée.

Run by in-house caterer and fizz experts since 1847, each course is perfectly paired with exceptional champagnes expertly presented by Searcys Head of Champagne, Martin Dibben, including Laurent-Perrier, Bollinger and Searcys’ own Blanc de Blancs.

With something for everyone, the menu includes signature Duck liver parfait with orange marmalade, Cornish crab with roast red pepper and chive mayonnaise, Roast sea bass served with sautéed spinach, chive mash and lemon butter sauce plus a quintessentially British Eton Mess to finish.

Priced at £125 per person, become a master in champagne whilst being transported by the Royal musical interludes of guest pianist François-Xavier Villemin and Diva Alison Pearce. Pieces include Crown Imperial, Elgar’s Pomp and Circumstance Marches.

Located in the beautiful surroundings of the Roman Baths, the experience is now available to book here.
