Ceremonies take place in either the William Jessop Suite or the George White Suite. The former exudes elegance through its timeless decor, and enjoys plenty of natural light, plus seatin for up to 100 loved ones. The latter is the perfect spot for intimate “I dos,” witnessed by 40 nearest and dearest.

The William Jessop Suite with its lounge area is also ideal for drinks receptions as well as chic receptions. Meanwhile, The Ballroom with an attractive harbour backdrop is sure to impress. With its floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the vibrant harbourside, stunning Waterford crystal chandeliers and its own private bar and lounge facilities, weddings here are full of life. Finally, the River Grille restaurant, set at the water’s edge, boasts lofty dimensions, exquisite floor-to-ceiling windows and fabulous views. It’s available for private hire during the day.

The 2023 Inclusive Wedding Package is for 50 day guests and 80 evening guests with ceremony room hire space for 100 guests. Alternatively, you can select from a choice of three other wedding breakfast packages: Lace, Pearl or Diamond, based on a minimum of 50 guests up to a maximum of 200 depending on the suite used.

The included menus have all been created by executive chef Pawel Mikloajczewski using fabulously fresh and the best artisan ingredients. You’ll be treated to a complimentary food tasting, a complimentary bedroom for you both on your wedding night, reduced accommodation rates for your guests, and discounted onsite parking rates.

With peak wedding season approaching, experts are warning couples not to rely on AI to write one of the most personal parts of their big day – their vows. A survey by jewellers Queensmith has revealed that more than half (55%) of UK brides and grooms are now using AI tools to help write their wedding vows and speeches, raising questions about authenticity, originality and even potential legal grey areas. The findings come amid a growing debate around AI-written vows after a registrar in the eastern Netherlands saw a marriage called into question when AI was used to help write the ceremony script. In the case, the District Court of Overijssel ruled that "no marriage has been established" after it emerged the registrar had relied on ChatGPT to draft parts of the ceremony. The case has sparked wider concerns that AI-generated wording could unintentionally mirror existing vows or scripts found online, raising questions about originality and authenticity.
